Do you charge travel costs?
Within the Ruhr area we do not charge a mileage fee. For locations further away, we agree the travel arrangements with you in advance.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are included until the video is right.
Can I use the videos everywhere?
Yes. You receive the usage rights for your website, social media and advertising, with no time limit.
Do you also film outside the Ruhr area?
Yes. We film throughout Germany and, by arrangement, internationally. We agree the travel arrangements transparently in advance.
Do you also write the script?
Yes. We develop the idea, script and flow so the video grabs attention and prompts action.
When will I receive the finished video?
We agree the delivery date together before the shoot. Short reels are usually ready much faster than longer image films.
